The real estate business can be a funny thing. Making a decision on when to buy usually comes down to finding the right property at the right time. I have been working with this delightful couple for a couple of years. Every time they come to town we get together and discuss when they want to sell their condo and when they want to buy a home. Inevitably, they apologize because so many times it has been search and talk. But this last week they arrived and I got a call that they found something that really interested them. We went to look at this "newfound home", which is under construction, in an area we never looked, and a price well over what we had been looking to find! But this home is the one for them and I could not be happier for them! WYKYK is anacronym or abbreviation that I was not familiar with until recently. It appears on billboards, text messages, t-shirts and a varied number of places. It means WHEN YOU KNOW YOU KNOW, and I think it is a great answer to when is the right time to buy a home??
