What is important to us changes as we navigate life and the seasons. It is no different when it comes to what we value in our homes. For example, having a pool is not as important in December as it is during the heat of the summer! Right now a pool is a valuable asset! I have noticed many homeowners are adding a Heat Pump to cool and heat their pools. What a great idea to be able to cool your pool when the temps are feeling like 110 degrees! It is definitely something to investigate if you haven't already. I remember a few years ago we thought about how nice it would be to have the man deliver the huge blocks of ice to cool our pool. Someone else must have been thinking the same thing and knew how to fix the problem. Times have changed! And so will the seasons!
